There are several Mamoru Oshii book lists on the Internet, but they do not provide detailed descriptions of the contents. My collection of Mamoru Oshii books is not yet complete, but I would like to write a short summary for each of those books.
I apologize in advance for any grammatical errors or incorrect information.

[review]
This is a collection of essays and interviews about Mamoru Oshii. The title "Memento Mori" comes from one of the essays, but for the most part it is unrelated. It was released the same day as INNOCENCE's public release.
It's hard for me to talk about this book. To be honest, it bores me to death for the most part. There are some interesting writers like Brian Ruh, Julien Bastide, and Moto Hagio, but they are not given enough pages to talk about meaningful themes. It also includes Oshii enthusiasts like Makoto Noda and Ryota Fujitsu. If they had planned and edited the book, it would have been more interesting and more meaningful.
However, there are still some interesting parts.
First, the editorial design and illustrations are gorgeous and beautiful. Elegant illustrations of dolls and statues by Takato Yamamoto are printed on the hard cover and title page. Brain Navi's editorial design is sophisticated. The sleeve is nicely foil-stamped with the title and has a small circular window through which you can see the face of the doll. Zeami's words are printed on the back of the obi/ sash.
